Refunds / Cancel my subscription

Because Pixie Post cards are digital and customized, refunds are not provided.  If you wish to cancel or not renew your subscription with us, you can do so prior to the start of the new billing period.

To cancel your subscription - go to your dashboard by clicking on the person icon in top right corner:

Click on My Subscription where you will find the option to Cancel Subscription


If you do not renew your subscription, it will remain active to continue to send cards until the end of the billing period of your subscription.
